Chrome browser limits the amount of memory that could be consumed by a Chrome Extension. Therefore the extension is having the issues with exporting the big amount of the collected info. I did some measurements and it seems that depending on the operating system and platform, the extension could export to CSV format:
Version 0.387 that has just published to Chrome Web Store provides the ability to select the columns that will be exported. Please choose carefully the columns you are interested in. The fewer columns you choose, the more chances to complete the export locally. So this feature will allow exporting more than the numbers stated above. As written on the screenshot above please prefers CSV format - the export will be faster and consumes less memory.
If you see "INVALID_RESPONSE_ERROR" as on the picture below, probably you are in the country not supported by Google Pay. At the moment of the writing the following countries are supported: United States, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Venezuela, and Vietnam. You can try to use Windscribe, pretending that you are in Germany or in the Netherlands. Take into account that establishing VPN connection using the Windscribe Chrome extension does not work. You need to establish VPN connection before starting the browser. Another reason could be that you are using not supported browser, the only Chrome browser is supported. E.g. the extension works in the Chromium browser (open-source web browser based on Chrome), but you cannot buy and use the premium subscription in Chromium. If you see "TOKEN_MISSING_ERROR" as on the picture below, probably you are not signed in to Chrome browser. To sign in to Chrome, follow these steps:
It could be that you have signed in to Chrome, but synchronization is paused as on the side picture. In this case you need to sign again. The charging for the premium subscription is done by Google Pay, and to be able to buy the premium subscription:
If everything is fine, the extension's popup applet looks as on the picture below. You can click on the "BUY PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION" button, and the Google Pay popup window appears. If nothing happens, ensure that you do not have ad blocker activated.
The extension does not know your payments and contact information (credit card number, name, etc.); this information is processed by Google Pay only. The bought subscription is tied to your Google account, so you can use it with various Instagram accounts, but you should be signed in Chrome (not Chromium) with your Google account and the synchronization should not be paused. The new version 0.381 without any restrictions and with new features added will be published in the next few days. At the end of June, approximately on 30th June, the new version will be published in Chrome Web Store with the following limitations:
The limits on max amount of the actions even for the users of the premium plan are added to prevent them from accidentally getting a temporary ban because of exceeding the Instagram daily limits. All limits could be changed in future. Yesterday I've found that Instagram.com does not send phone numbers and emails in the user profile information, so it is not available in the exported file anymore.
Please fill the Helper Tools for Instagram.com survey. There are only two required to answer questions, so filling the survey will take several minutes, and it will help to make it better.
Comment on this post if you need more detailed instructions. If you are facing the constant HTTP400 error that appears immediately when you start the process (liking or fetching the users list), try to reduce the values in the options displayed on the image. At the moment of the writing 50 works for me; however, yesterday one user reported on CWS that even value 24 caused the HTTP400 error for the liking process. There are two ways to make the mass following/unfollowing using the extension of version 0.339+: 1. When a list of followers/following accounts is generated by clicking the "Get Insta Users" on the extensions' popup applet, the generated list could be filtered and you can start the process by clicking the "Follow all not followed/not requested DISPLAYED users" or the "Unfollow ALL DISPLAYED users" buttons (on the picture below). This approach uses the value of the interval specified in the extensions' settings and this value cannot be changed during execution. The unfollow option allows specifying the user IDs who should be kept from unfollowing (something similar to white-list). I think this option is good when you want to follow/unfollow the small number of accounts, let's say 50-100 accounts. Otherwise it is better to save the generated list into Excel file, extract the list of user IDs, and use the second option. 2. Currently, in the exported Excel-file the value of the user ID is in the cell combined with username and full name. It could be changed in the future versions, but for now, you need to extract the value of user IDs from these cells by using the Excel formula, e.g. =MID(A1, 4, FIND(",", A1)-4). Where A1 is the address of the cell with user ID. Click the "Follow/Unfollow" button on the extensions' popup applet, copy the some amount of user IDs from the Excel-file, paste these values into the Input of User Ids text area, and click the button to start the process. You can modify the value of the delay between requests, and the new value will become effective immediately; please pay attention that value is in milliseconds. If a browser is crashed or restarted, you can quickly find from which account to resume using "binary search algorithm": take the username nearly from the middle of the list, and check if this account was already followed or unfollowed. If this account is already processed, check the "middle" account from the second half of the list; otherwise check the "middle" account from the first half. Continue half the intervals until you find the account to resume from. Instagram.com doesn't allow to follow more than about 500 accounts in 24 hours; therefore it doesn't make sense to process the longer list.
