If you see "INVALID_RESPONSE_ERROR" as on the picture below, probably you are in the country not supported by Google Pay. You can try to use Windscribe, pretending that you are in Germany or in the Netherlands. Take into account that establishing VPN connection using the Windscribe Chrome extension does not work. You need to establish VPN connection before starting the browser. Another reason could be that you are using not supported browser, the only Chrome browser is supported. E.g. the extension works in the Chromium browser (open-source web browser based on Chrome), but you cannot buy and use the premium subscription in Chromium. If you see "TOKEN_MISSING_ERROR" as on the picture below, probably you are not signed in to Chrome browser. To sign in to Chrome, follow these steps:
It could be that you have signed in to Chrome, but synchronization is paused as on the side picture. In this case you need to sign again.

It means that the extension itself doesn't restrict it, but export even to CSV takes a lot of memory, so actually trying to donwload more 90k followers it is expected to crash. I am planning to add the feature to select the columns for export, it will allow to increase this limit.

I've seen other paid services that didn't get 'Bio' field when the user has more than 20k followers/following. Do you have or know some restriction like that (beside the chrome memory problem)?

No, I don't know other limitations, the only that the bio is a column of the "detailed" info, so collecting it takes a lot of time, the detailed info collection for 10k users takes several hours.

Live in the US, synced and signed in and still getting Product info not found (TOKEN_MISSING_ERROR) error. Was working fine until these new free user limits. If y'all were gonna convert us into buying costumers ya should have at least made it easier to buy a premium plan first. Would've been a less frustrating transition.

Sorry for your bad experience! I understand your frustration. It was an intermittent issue that was not caught during testing. Version 0.386 I have just published should fix this behavior. If you are still facing the issue with 0.386, please comment.

Hello! Also as it is written above, please ensure that you are signed in to Chrome and synchronization is active. It is not extension requirements, but Google Pay.

Hello! Are you using Chromium? I see the same error when I am trying in the Chromium browser, the Google Pay for extensions works only in the Chrome browser.
